I usually wear size 42, I ordered 42.5. They fit, but half a size bigger wouldn't have hurt. Feel free to order a size larger. At least that was my first impression, depending on how you tie it, it doesn't bother you anymore when running. I have very narrow feet and I "swim" in most shoes because of the width, this is not the case here. The shoes offer a good grip, probably not suitable for people with wide feet. Running 10km 3x a week, the shoes stay in use. Think if you run more, you should rather choose a different model.
