I've used various Crest White Strips from time to time for the last 20+ years. That is my favourite. I'm 70 now and over the years have kept my teeth nice and white with strips and whitening toothpaste. If they start getting a little less white than I'd like, I'll take a box of those. I only have to use half of the strips to get my smile back where I want and use the rest a day or two before the big event. I've never had my teeth whitened professionally, I drink coffee, I eat blueberries, but my teeth are whiter than many half my age. OVERALL: for the money I say give it a try. If your teeth are REALLY stained, you may need more than one pack or professional teeth whitening. For me they just keep the shine of my natural old teeth.
