I have had TWO (left) ankle reconstructions in the last 3 years. HUMAN process. I had very bad plantar fasciitis on my left foot and not so bad on my right. I can't even walk barefoot without feeling like stepping on a knife. I'm usually limping from pain around noon. Today is day one with the heel seats. I do not have any pain. NOBODY.
