I am happy to have them, they fit my ear perfectly! There is no way to tell if they will fit your ear and they only come in one cup size. They lie flat in my ear and I hardly feel them. The cord is long enough to reach my phone. I run the cable from the top of my head across the top of the bed and have never gotten caught on it when tossing and turning in my sleep. I bought these (and other brands) to listen to my binaural tracks while I sleep when I need extra noise masking beyond what my sleep mask provides. Please note that this is not exactly noise reduction, but a specific technology. For me, they cancel out the sound because they sit pretty tight in my ears, and the soft tones I play mask quite a bit of the outside noise I'm dealing with. I wear them under my sleep mask. I think they would easily fall out of my ears if I didn't hold onto them. And so sometimes they fall out a little and I wake up to put them back in. very early in the morning when noises start to be heard outside anyway. Yes, there is some crackling in the cables when I first plug them in, but once I play my sounds and calm down, all those random noises become invisible to me. The little case is great for keeping cords tangle free and I roll it up and put it in the case by my bed after use. I hope this also gives them some useful life to keep them neatly folded. While there's no way of knowing if they will fit anyone else, I've been happy with mine and am considering buying a second pair to keep as a backup if and when the first pair wears out.
