The best thing about this software is that it provides real time updates related to news updates and media events. It's not perfect but it helps me to stay connected with all my connections at every location. My only dislike would be the way some of my contacts are located. I am using this for our public relations campaigns and it has been very helpful. The team of people I have worked directly or indirectly for are some very talented individuals who know how to get things done quickly! We had an amazing PR campaign put together that got us over 100% growth within our first year (and growing!). Our client has been super hands off during this entire process - which was great because we didn't want them micromanaging every little detail since they were so busy making deals elsewhere as well..
