The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help with any questions that you may have. I don't like how it takes time to get an agent, but once they do get them, they work very fast and efficient. Sometimes when I call, I am transferred to someone in India who doesn't speak English well enough for me to understand what he/she is saying. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for great customer service and excellent products. It's hard to find a good VoIP provider out there and bettervoice is definitely one of them. We use this system for our business as well as personal use. It has made communication easier between us and other family members.
