Good product but poor quality control

One of the arms arrived without the last part installed. Since this part is missing I can't install the last arm, which means I can't install the last leg. The rest of the product is of good quality. I used it for soldering and everything worked fine. Too bad that the last lever could not be mounted, that would have made the work a lot easier. I would return it but I need the part for my projects. It would be nice if the manufacturer would contact me and send me a corrected part so I can finish the install and get all 4 levers working.
