I used the Valuetoner brand for many years with no problems until my last two purchases. My HP All-in-One only recognized new cartridges on first use. After turning off the printer until next use, the printer message indicated that the cartridge(s) were missing. I have to remove the cartridges, unplug the printer from the back and wall, wait 30 minutes and then plug in and insert the cartridges and then they MAY work. HP brand cartridges don't do this, they work fine so my printer isn't the problem. Revane credited me with the first problematic order, but the second was just as bad. I have not contacted Revain regarding this as I am currently having a shipping issue with my patio furniture order. So frustrating!
