Tip over as soon as you pick it up by the handle
It looked perfect in theory. The problem, however, is that the napkins on one side are too light to offset the weight of the cutlery on the other. So when you pick it up by the handle, it tips over and the contents spill out. If it's just for your countertop, then you'll be fine. But if you try to use the carry handle it won't work.
