I bought a new S&W M&P40 M-2.0 pistol, which is 40 caliber. I wanted to be able to shoot the cheaper 9mm bullets, so I bought a spare slide for it with a 9mm barrel. Now I have two guns in one. I need something to store the spare slide in, so it wouldn't get dust and dirt in it while not being used. I searched and searched for a case to store it in. It took me awhile to figure out what to search for, because you aren't going to find this, looking for a pistol slide case. There is no such thing made for them. I chose this case because of the measurements. It's the perfect size and I love it. It's sturdy enough and I think it will serve my purpose well!
