Well made. The zippers slide properly (the zippers don't dangle, don't spread, and stay in place). The side pocket is very handy for my cat medication. I ordered a medium size. My cat is 11 pounds and has enough room to stand, sit and lie on her side. Also, unexpectedly, my cat doesn't seem as stressed as it used to be in her hard plastic box - perhaps because she has more and more "windows" (I don't know, I'm just guessing she looks more relaxed). on this carrier).
