One of the four union nuts provided fits Neuman TLM 102; However, you will need to purchase four 1 ΒΌ inch grommets (#18) and attach them to the nut (like a set of compression washers) to secure the mic to the Boseen shock. Without the grommets, the mic just wobbles like a loose tooth. Otherwise this shock absorber is perfect. In fact, I think it outperforms the original Neuman shock. The Boseen mount comes with two replacement rubber straps. These straps are at least three times the diameter of the original Neuman shock absorber straps, and they are made of a stronger material. Incidentally, Neuman rubber straps are not really closed loop straps, but more like elastic shoelaces that need to be tied and tied at the ends Boseen -Shock Mount Designed so replacing worn out elastic bands is a simple process that doesn't take long. No threading through tiny holes, just hang the elastics on the hooks located around the perimeter of the shock mount. The original Neuman shock mount requires you to thread the elastic through holes so small I would have to hire someone with good eyesight and small hands to do this for me. Finally, the Boseen shock mount is slightly larger than the Neuman. Original, so that the TLM 102 has space to "stretch your legs", so to speak. But really, who cares? It costs less than a quarter of the price of a Neuman original.
