Incredible quality at this price! As other reviewers have pointed out, the center piece is much larger than the standard piece - 2" wide and 2-1/4" tall. Depending on the shirt type, this can cause the collar to bunch up or the front flaps of the collar tips to cover both sides of the pattern. strong and durable, with a good weight that doesn't feel heavy on the neck. Unlike other bolo ties I've had, this one has a handy clip between the tie loops at the back to keep it securely in place. The design details are exquisite, from the leaf crests surrounding the wolf's head to the black and emerald green enamel. Even the metal end plugs have an intricate blade design. In very small, almost imperceptible writing, the tops of the tails read "True Love" on one side and "Hilihi" on the other. not sure what it's about. The cord looks very well made and hardly wears out - it even smells like real rawhide! If you bought this at a real western store in Texas it would easily cost $30 or more. Remember that the cable is 40 inches long or 20 inches long on one side. Being below average height means that the tail parts hang fairly low. I don't see a way to detach and reattach the end plugs if you want to cut/adjust the length of the cable. You may just have to stick them back on. All in all it was an amazing purchase, much nicer in person than you would expect from the price or the picture.
