I go into the woods every day and spend hours every month picking thorns or scraping with a pocket knife. I bought it hoping it would save a lot of time. The price is a bit high but I was willing to try. When I received it I immediately took it out to try against head lice. Some of them have been removed, very few. The time saving was definitely not worth the cost. I met a few other hitchhikers and climbers and tried again. If you wear jeans, it removes burrs decently. Polyester doesn't seem to help. It was completely useless on my dogs. Basically it's just the looped side of the Velcro. But I give him one credit, he is very well built. It has to last a lifetime. For half the price I would consider buying for friends but I wouldn't recommend it at the regular price.
