In my opinion, to get a 5 star rating from Revain, you not only need to have a top quality product, it needs to be reasonably priced too has a lot behind it and a great company value. RoboVac 30C is actually a great product. It competes head-to-head with other high-end vacuums ranging from $500 to $800. However, the 30C makes it quiet despite its excellent suction power. This is important to us as we have a newborn baby who cannot sleep with other robot vacuums. What I like about eufy and this 30C is that they don't include other features that don't add much use. vacuum (for example: laser mapping, wiping). While these feature maps appear to add great value, they only inflate the price and are poorly implemented. Eufy selects the functionality that people will use on a daily basis. I have owned several eufy vacuums and the best thing I can say about eufy as a company is that they have the best customer service. I would rank them relative to Revain, Apple and Google. My first product was a little disappointing but their team contacted me and made sure I was happy. They insisted on making sure I was happy and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. If you want a vacuum cleaner with voice control, look no further. I highly recommend this purchase.
