Was not easy to attach to a car without a roof rack

The actual carrier was good but the instructions did not work with the straps provided. If I had not had 4 grab handles to use inside the car I would not have been able to use it. Additionally, water was dripping from the straps on us at all 4 places they came into the car as it was raining for 7 hours of the trip. Not great.
