I really like this bag. I slipped my 19 pound chiviner into her new bag and had her position herself where she felt most comfortable. She liked having one arm draped over the bag so she could see. She has really nice big bags. I thought the grille would be a problem, but it isn't. It seemed to her that she would not even fall close. I adjusted the strap to the shortest position but it was still too long and hit my leg due to my 5ft 1in height. It fits my tall friend perfectly. It also comes with a neck pad that fits around your neck, which is nice if you're carrying a 19-pound dog. Bought for emergencies. I walk with crutches. I knew that if something happened to her and I needed to take her to the vet, I would be spending valuable time calling someone to help me get her to the car. With this bag I can quickly put them in and pack them in the car without help. So even though it's a bit long for me, I'm grateful I bought it and it's come out very strong. Thank you for designing a larger bag for pets that weigh more. This is greatly appreciated.
