Get at least 64GB of storage!
There are similar products at better prices, but I still decided on the Minix Z83-4 Plus. I wanted a cheap Windows computer, but the reason I bought it was because it came with Windows 10 Pro, an external Wi-Fi antenna, 64GB of storage, and was Minix branded. The reason I wouldn't recommend using a 32GB Windows device is that Windows 10 requires more storage space to update. There are workarounds, but I wanted less hassle with updates.
