
I'd say the weakest link in this chair is the armrests. Both need to be moved 1 inch on either side. As they are now, you have to bend your elbows to keep your hands on them, which can cause discomfort after a while. I suspect the armrests are wide enough for a heavier person to fit in the chair. Another feature is that they are not very heavily regulated. Just looking at it seems to only go up 2 inches, but they start at a very low point. This shouldn't be a problem if you have a short table, but mine is quite high so I don't know if I'll be holding a chair or not. Armrest issues aside, it's actually quite comfortable. I give 3 stars because the box was badly damaged, part of the base of the chair was sticking out of the box.
