Bought this to put in my spice cabinet. I already had a Rubbermaid turntable but the spices sometimes fell off so I figured that would be better. The turntable included in the scope of delivery almost does not rotate, but simply grinds. It was missing a ball bearing which wasn't in the box so it was packaged that way but even then it wouldn't have much of an effect on rotation. Once I put the spices in, it didn't tip over at all, just slid across the shelf. I am giving it two stars and only leaving it because I was able to use the round case on my Rubbermaid turntable and get it to work or I would have returned it.
