The goods came in an envelope without packaging. Looked like a used shirt. I had to wash first to wash off the dirt. Since I needed it the day after it arrived I washed and used it. I contacted the seller who said I could return it if it wasn't washed. In particular, I told them I had to wash it to remove the dirt and I was disappointed with the product. I never asked for a refund, just left a review. The shirt looks fine after washing, but the item was NOT new and wasn't even in the bag. Just a disappointment.
