This version is fully sealed. The charger features an electromagnetic charging tip that requires no entry into the case. It is simply glued to the bottom of the ARLO Ultra Series. The solar panel seems to keep my camera fully charged and stays weatherproof. I only give 4 stars because the price is outrageous. Sorry, but you can buy a solar powered charger and just plug it into the ARLO USB for less. It won't be as weatherproof or thin, however, so you'll have to pay the price. If it lasts, I think it's worth it. If it breaks or has water in it I will update this post.
