Pros: The atomizer is super powerful - I mean suuuuper - this baby puts out so much mist at once even at low temps which is very impressive AND lasts over 10 hours on high power! This was my biggest concern when purchasing this product. Will it come out with a lot of fog and last overnight? YUP! It exceeded my expectations! I don't even know how so much comes out/takes! Another plus point is the ease of use of this product. (except for the night light, which I'll cover below) Fill, plug in, install and forget! Simple rotary knob on/off/low/high. I'm very glad there is an OPTION for a night light as well, I know a lot of these products don't usually have the option to turn it off. Cons: I don't really believe the reviews that said it hums, I thought it might sound like a small fan. no You were right. It sounds like a really annoying hum, not the faint white noise of a fan like you might expect. It's pretty quiet here, but for people who like to sleep in absolute silence, this isn't for you. Along with the hum, it creates bubbles from time to time (which I found comforting but others might not like). The diffusion part of this product is that I apply the normal 2-4 drops the first night and. Nothing. It didn't smell which was a shame, that was the main reason I bought this product. So I put a lot into it the next night, and I mean A LOT, and so far nothing has happened except sticking my nose right into the fog. It looked like the oils just sat on the surface of the water and formed a line. After somehow "stirring/shaking" it, I think it mixed a little better with the water and I smelled a little, but not what I was expecting. The button is more of a touch sensor, so it might only catch my finger half the time when I press it, so it takes a while to get the setting right that I want. (PS I'm upset that it only has three colors: blue, purple, and green.) Overall, this product is ok! I think it would obviously be better for a child's room but it works well for me and it serves it's purpose. I will keep using it to see if it gets better!
