Review on Develoo Artificial Evergreen Accessories Embellishing by Amanda Reynolds

I received my pine branches today. I bought 4 sets, 16 branches in total. I am VERY dissatisfied with them. Firstly, the description and photos do not correspond to reality. The image of the knots and dimensions shows that mainly knots and pine needles occupy most of the 38 cm (15 in) length. It's not like that at all. The stem without needles is 7 inches, so the part with needles is 8 inches. I expected them to be similar to the 1st and 2nd photos showing most of the full length with pine needles. And the width is by no means 28 inches, only about 7 inches if I can bend the branches at all, which leads me to my next complaint: trying to carefully spread the branches out broke the first few, so I stopped. I'm not talking about pulling out the needles (which some people easily did too), I'm talking about the whole branch snapping just barely straightening it to try to get a width of 28cm. Definitely not the abundance of them as shown in the photos. I want my full refund of $43.96. This is clearly not what the photos show and the comment "QUALITY" MATERIAL, strong and durable" is completely false. When asked, I selected "Item does not match description on Revain ". something went wrong; but would also like to select "Damaged or broken" but only one choice was possible. Don't waste money on them!
