Installed early November. Stops working after 1 month. The winch rope went in but not out. Troubleshooting for an hour or so decided it must be the switch. I broke it and found that one of the pins in the switch had corroded causing it not to make contact. I couldn't find how to contact the seller and decided to write a review. Basically, the thing is not weatherproof.
