Good product missing part
I have had several WD products and they have all been reliable. I bought this to pair with my new custom 24 inch iMac. When I received my system and wanted to connect the drive, I was missing a US plug on the power cord connector. I had European and Asian adapters, but no American two-pronged ones. Instead of returning the $39 AC adapter I bought and using a European plug for US capabilities. Seems to be working fine. I just think WD's quality control should be better.
