So disappointed. It arrived quite mangled and the holdall has holes all over the exposed side. It's 3 weeks until the inauguration and I can't even assemble the cradle. There are scratches on all legs as if it is a defective product. Now I have nothing for my baby to sleep on when he comes home from the hospital. We are abroad, in Germany, and it takes weeks for everything to arrive here. We also plan to launch PCS in just a few months. And now we have a torn holdall for a useless bassinet. NOTHING was worth it. Too much hassle with returns considering the box can't even be used for returns. So now we only have $70 left.
