Review on Samsung Unlocked MetroPcs International SM A325M by Agata Mrozik ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

To the best of my knowledge, Samsung's mid-priced smartphones have always been simply well-made devices. You shouldn't particularly have high expectations for these phones, but they are generally made soundly overall. Previously, I had been using a Samsung J7 2022. It was a good phone with a camera that was adequate or better, a UI that had no lag, and reliable performance. Now that I am in the market for a new phone for myself, I have been familiarizing myself with the selection, reading reviews, and coming to the conclusion that the days of Samsung producing high-quality phones are long gone, but I have decided to go with the a32 model. In general, a typical phone, although the requirements were significantly more stringent. A really depressing feeling was evoked in me by the camera, which for me was the single most crucial component. You can tell that the camera is a level 2022 by zooming in quite a bit, which is definitely something you should do because the picture turns out quite clear. On a scale of disgust with ten being the highest possible score, I give it a score of seven. Another drawback that results from the camera is that the settings are limited by category. You have little control over the image quality, which is consistently subpar, and the camera's settings are difficult or impossible to customize in any meaningful way. There are a lot of settings that can't be changed, and it seems like only Samsung understands how to modify them. You can choose to turn the photo's auto-correction mode on or off, but HDR will still be applied regardless. If that's the case, why is this setting displayed on the main screen? They gave the cameras a protruding appearance on the body for some unknown reason. Will be the component of the phone that can be changed out the most easily in workshops. The fingerprint scanner will begin to function after the second or third attempt, provided that the user's finger is entirely dry and that the device itself is in the proper frame of mind. In rare cases, face unlock is also effective. How else could it detect a face, especially as it's moving around, if the camera quality is so poor? Because the sound is not like that of a phone that costs 19 thousand, I will give it a maximum of 5 points out of a possible 10. The phone simply hung up and did not react in any way last night when it was linked to a computer; I had to press the buttons to reboot the device. On the plus side, it operates well in most cases, and the battery may last for an entire day even with regular use. I see that the mid-price phone shouldn't be an internal competition to the S-series, but please don't do it in such a way that messes up the company's reputation by making such a mistake.

Pros
  • dependable operation, emphasis on battery
Cons
  • Camera, fingerprint scanner, audio
