I've been using apricot scrubs since middle school (that was a HORRIBLE time). As one reviewer mentioned, if I apply it to my face too often, I get breakouts, so I only use it on my face once a week (Grapefruit St. Ives scrub is better and gentler on my face). The reason I love this stuff is what it does for my hands. Sometimes the back of my shoulders gets rough and feels rough, but if I use this every day (or even as infrequently as every 3 days) I can see a HUGE difference! I also notice the difference when I forget to use it. Don't expect 100% smoothness after the first day, but after a few uses the roughness/roughness on the hands will disappear or at least be reduced to a minimum. I also use it in winter (sometimes) on my legs and all over before getting a tan.
