I'm a contractor so I know a thing or two about tools - this one works perfectly. This is NOT 20 ft - 18 ft 10 in with dryer brush installed. I ran it all the way through my house in a harsh vent that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. Note: There are only two adults in the house. After 15 feet, the snake turned 90 degrees to the right and almost immediately another 90 degrees. Absolutely unbelievable! Running the dryer on heat probably helped so the snake was more flexible. Tip #1: Start your dryer by wiggling around to blow the air out. what you solve Tip #2: You can increase the length two sections at a time. Tip #3 You will need pliers to hold the snake by removing the end of the drill bit each time you need to add a section of snake NEVER TEST BACK OR YOU MAY LOSE A SNAKE IN THE CHANNEL. Tip #4: When you're done, you can get the whole snake out without disassembling it. Drill while in line Buy a tool and don't look back!
