Doesn't clean windshield

Product ran through with no issues. The reason I replaced the Wold was because the stripe on the windshield would overshoot every time the wipers moved. Well, I should be glad the wipers don't leave streaks. Instead, most of the windshield is not erased. The worst part is in the area so if it snowed I would have a large patch of snow in the center of the windshield 7" to 8" high.
