The package arrived today and was so light I couldn't believe the contents would include a mop and bucket but it was: simple, not at all and the cloth mop head was flat and slim. My heart skipped a beat with concern that I was once again falling for a cheap product made in China that sounded good in the ad. But I would do my best. I saw the instructions and thought it must be a lot more complicated than described. But no. Immediately, within 5 minutes of its arrival, I snapped open the handle, added a couple cups of water to the tank labeled "Water," twisted the handle, and swept it across the kitchen floor several times. I turned a few more times and saw dirty water in the bucket and the mop was perfectly clean again, as was my floor (which I hadn't even vacuumed at first). I'm just blown away by the PERFECT design of this mop. My only concern is that I'm hoping the plastic parts/rotating gears in the handle and bucket can withstand the stress of all that twisting. If there was some sort of purchase guarantee for the gears, I would definitely buy them. I never want to be without this mop again! Thank you to the designers who came up with this carefree mopping method even in a busy house like mine with a revolving door full of kids and foster animals! I hope you see this comment!
