I've tried different brands of jigsaw puzzles to see which one I like best (I've never looked at the brand before). This is one of those brands that I didn't like to be completely honest as I tried Master Pieces, White Mountain, Buffalo, DOWDLE and Ravensburger when looking for brand comparisons. I probably won't buy this brand again just because the puzzle looked and looks used right out of the box, not that there's anything wrong with used puzzles, but if you pay the price of a new puzzle. For more information, see the "Functional Analysis" section below. My approach: I liked the design, I really found it easier to make than I expected. I'm not using the picture to put the puzzle together, of course I have a general idea of what the picture has been like since I bought it, but I'm really trying not to memorize it. There's nothing wrong with looking at the box, I just finish too quickly and just enjoy it a little longer, I also love the aha moments when I finally figure out how to put the sections together. I basically sorted the puzzle by color and then solved each color starting with the one with the fewest (Fun Ranch, Mr. Goodbar, Twizzlers, etc.). The problem was the browns, but the difference is enough for you to look through the browns and sort through most, especially after you've built the letters and figured out what colors each square is made of. Since they were last (they had the biggest stack), I also knew how many stacks to split them into. Head' parts. I found probably eight pieces out of a box with paper already peeled off, and in assembling it I let about four more fall apart (explained in fit below). I like to create sections from the main puzzle and then fit them in. It is annoying having to find a way to transport them and carefully pushing them into place so they don't fall apart. This puzzle snaps together and holds up great. The downside is it connects so well you sometimes knock knock , needing to tap to get it in place. If you end up finding it's in the wrong place, you'll probably lift the paper to remove it. I think if it were a little less dense it would be it perfectly. * Dust - Virtually no dust * Rigidity - Quite a few parts have already softened and it seems that they are easy to crush If the picture displays well enough, take a B lick over the Z in TWIZ and under the S in the piece, they were damaged right out of the box.* Size and Shape - I liked the mix of sizes in this puzzle and the shapes were pretty consistent. Some puzzles have bizarre shapes and others are almost the same size. This one had a pretty drastic difference in size compared to other brands that differed. Overall not a bad puzzle but there are others for the same price or less that don't chip or smudge.
