I love that with one click of an icon it can create new or remove existing groups as needed within my team's Google Drive folder structure; this makes our workflows much easier than ever before! Nothing specifically about redBooths itself but more so just using google drive at all times has allowed me to keep everything under 1 roof - no longer have folders everywhere like emailing files back n forth from multiple different locations (ie home/ office). Instead now we're always working off each other via file sharing directly into gsuite instead which allows us freedom when away without having every piece saved somewhere else separately- saves space & headaches!! We are able use chat rooms very effectively here also if need be! It helps save emails too by being integrated right along side your docs! Great tool overall though especially since you get free storage through gsutme :) Not sure how easy they make transferring over old versions would actually happen? That may take.
