LONG TERM RATING: I bought this long cord for my bedroom (and the shortest model for my car) on December 1st 2017 and it has been working great since the day I bought it. It's rolled in my wall, thrown in my bag when traveling, pulled out of the wall, tripped over, pulled out from under heavy objects, etc. I don't care about my everyday cords. For me, these are consumables, standard consumables that I inevitably have to replace. However, Anker seems to have a different opinion. This cable has withstood every kind of abuse it has ever been subjected to without a single failure. The only time I have trouble charging is when the awful design of the Apple Lightning jack doesn't allow the cable to seat properly; I have a problem with every Lightning cable, no matter how much I clean pocket fluff from the socket.
