This little cat house looks great, but the installation wasn't easy or clear and it's not durable. Actually I would describe it as potentially unsafe. First, the instructions don't show step-by-step where to place the fabric. It shows an assembly that looks like a base but isn't, and doesn't explain very well where to place everything. I had to unpack different parts several times due to the lack of detailed instructions. Nevertheless, I assembled it and everything worked out fine. Second, the fabric is attached with Velcro. The top is designed for the cat to jump in, but with the velcro it won't support my cat's weight. He won't jump up because she can't hold his 10 pound body. Luckily he's smart enough to avoid this. I tried to take a photo to show how the velcro that is supposed to hold the cat is coming loose. The pink part keeps coming off (including Velcro) and now just dangles. The size of the house is decent and my cat loves to run around. down, but other than that I wouldn't recommend it.
