Review on Turbo Energizing Cleanser by Jack Black by Cassie Zingone

I really like Jack Black products. I use normal perfume and turbo shower gel, I have body spray, lotion, soap, shampoo. i love them all No complaints. My problem is the packaging - I've seen this problem all along with their all size tubes for all shower gels - the lid doesn't stay closed securely and the shower gel spills out of the bottle. The problem seems to be that there is a small "cork" protruding from the inside of the cap that needs to snap into a hole on the bottle to keep it sealed. This cork usually breaks off, so the lid cannot be securely attached and the liquid just spills out. Especially since the bottle is upright. This has happened to me now with 3 different 10 0z body wash bottles and 4 different "travel size" bottles (which is a lot of fun when the soap leaks out of your 3/1/1 liquid tote bag! I had a habit of bottle Jack Black wrap in a paper towel in your pocket). I finally gave up and just started buying a large bottle with a body wash dispenser and pouring it into a travel bottle because I wasted so much product. Jack Black is lucky that I love their stuff otherwise I would be really pissed that their poor packaging actually spurred me on to the BIG size of their product! It's kind of confusing. In any case, if you love Jack Black, I recommend buying large pump bottles and then using safer travel bottles to pack. If you don't want to go through all that trouble, I thought Everyman Jack's product was pretty good too. Or you can take Jack Black Bar Soap with you in your travel bag.
