OSR Manage - Great way keep teams organized

It was relatively easy to learn, the support team is very helpful when you have questions or need assistance with an issue. The platform itself has some quirks that are difficult to navigate at times as well as not being able to easily integrate it into other systems like SFDC. There needs to be more training material available for new users so there isn't such confusion in how everything works together. So far we haven’t found anything really bad about this software but if someone asked me what I would dislike most about the system I could honestly say nothing. We can now view our task status real-time and make changes without having multiple people involved making sure everyone knows what their part of the process is. I like that you can edit your own data from anywhere in the world, as well as being able to access it when needed. Sometimes there is lag time between edits and seeing them reflected in the main screen. Also sometimes it seems strange for me to navigate around the site. I think if they could make some of their features more intuitive or easier to use, this would be a great tool! It has been very helpful with tracking inventory levels and keeping track of employees timesheets/leave requests.

  • Good customer service / techs who work hard behind scenes & provide quick resolutions (if problems arise)

  • User interface looks outdated compared w newer ones out currently
  • Can get confusing navigating across different screens within one program
