I bought the TGLS I Love You Forever Mom Cross Urn Necklace as a tribute to my mother who recently passed away. The stainless steel the keepsake is made of makes it durable and ideal for everyday use. Beautiful and elegant, the necklace easily goes with most outfits and is a thoughtful way to hold my beloved mother in my heart. But as much as I appreciate its sentimental value, there are a few flaws I'd like to correct. First, the trailer is a lot smaller than I expected. The size of the container doesn't hold much ash, which is disappointing as there isn't enough of it to fit the size of the trailer. I had to open the chain and fill it myself, which was a bit tricky. Secondly, the quality of the chain could be improved as it is easily tangled and easily scratched. Also, the fasteners are quite small and difficult to put on and take off. All in all, the TGLS I Love You Forever Mom Cross Urn Necklace is a great keepsake, but it fell a bit short of my expectations. This is a great token of our love and connection, but I wish the manufacturer paid more attention to design, size and quality. However, I look forward to wearing it and keeping my mother's memory alive.
