I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

Its pros:
1) miniature
2) works by bluetooth or via receiver
3) declared autonomy, but usually all wireless keyboards live for a long time
4) layout versatility - both under Windows and under macOS, with the ability to switch
Different cons:
uncomfortable arrows (I switch desktops with them, I still can’t get used to it)
