My niece needs a timer, she struggles with time limits (like giving her a 5 minute warning to stop what she is doing), she hasn't learned to keep time yet when she's busy or doing something fun. She loved the idea of this timer and especially liked this egg timer (because I call them egg timers and they are actually egg shaped oh real baby). t work from the package. So I bought two, hoping that if one didn't work, the backup would work. It turned out to be a safe bet and one of them didn't work. Luckily they're cheap, I didn't mind buying two and I won't make a fuss about a broken one. You end up getting what you pay for. My advice: don't take this if you need something reliable. If you want to work with a new product, buy more than you need, just in case. I'm satisfied because I didn't expect much.
