The bed itself is thick and soft with a cover as advertised. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the annoying liner. Under what conditions are these things packaged that can lead to? Too big to fit in the return box and we really need a clean liner. It's not easy to contact someone who cares. There is no way to contact the seller.
