The customer support is great. Nothing! They are really easy to work with and they have a very detailed walkthrough so you know exactly what will be installed and configured prior to starting your project. We have been able to implement several different types of solutions for our clients. We were able to configure almost any type of CRM we were asked to build. I think that is their best asset, they have done a lot to help us in our implementation process. It took a little bit of time for us to get used to the new interface, but once we did I think it was easier than expected.
