When I first ordered this Med ID Bracelet, I had no expectations. After ordering my first order got lost in the mail (they ship from China) so I contacted the seller who helped me a lot. Within a week I had a new bracelet (I was so excited to get a replacement so quickly I didn't think they wouldn't be there anyway, it would also have all my ID info engraved on it but low and behold it was) The quality of the product is very good and it is easy to put on and take off when showering, swimming, etc. I highly recommend the product and customer service.
