When I first ordered them they were exceptional. Exactly what I expected. The color was right and they worked well. Some of them wouldn't open. Because of the good quality on my first order, I ordered again and bought a lot more. They were very different. Gold of a different color looks cheaper. Most look a bit scratched. It's hard to explain, but they weren't as smooth as they used to be. They are also a much cheaper material. Half of them break when opening the clasp to add a hook. The ones I attach the hook to break when I pull lightly. I am extremely disappointed. When I was done with the original (good) products, my return window was closed for them. That's disappointing because they weren't cheap. Bring back the old ones.
