Sizes may vary from shoe to shoe or for different sizes. All I can report is that the size 10 I received is clearly short. I wear a true 9.5 on almost every brand, including athletic shoes, but I've learned to order a half size from cheap Chinese manufacturers. However they are VERY tight everywhere including cutting into my foot across the top at the neck of the shoe and the length barely fits me. They're almost wearable and I'm hoping they'll loosen up, but they're definitely not getting MORE with time. Go a full size (or a size and a half!) in the upper sizes. I would be happier with an 11.
