See other reviews of people saying they are too fragile, break during installation and hurt their fingers? I'm willing to bet they tried to install it incorrectly. So, for those of you who have never installed keystones, here are a few tips: For installation: Next to the flexible clip at the top, there is a small burr at the bottom of the connectors. If you try to insert them directly, something will break, because there are holding mechanisms at the top and bottom. Instead, you should insert the trapezoid stone at an angle, so the small edge at the bottom goes in first, and then tilt it forward into place. If done correctly, it should snap easily into place with no effort. To Remove: Apply pressure with your thumb closest to the bezel and tilt the back of the clutch down until the top clip releases the trapezoid bezel. At this point you can easily lift and pull the rest out of the socket. I've taken them off a few times and they haven't broken. As for the quality? I would say they are decent. Landing is a little loose, but it's not scary. These aren't the more expensive all-metal trapezoidal gems, but they fit the specs, support PoE, and the packaging has perforations for easy opening. (thanks to the manufacturer) Overall I'm happy with the purchase and haven't broken anything by installing 24 of these, removing a few and reinstalling elsewhere on the panel.
