Makes good noise for blower motors

After one broke in my car I bought it from Revain. It worked, but at different speeds it made a whistling noise. I called tech support and they sent me a new one. Unfortunately, the new one made the same whistling noises on certain settings. Rather than return it I chose to keep it because it doesn't whistle on the settings I like. I also called the automaker and they were double the price of Revain.
