A friend recommended them to me and they are great. They lift the mask off your face, are comfortable, don't add bulk, and make breathing easier. I use them for both short and long term use of masks. Not only do they help you breathe, but they help keep the makeup on your face and not your mask. I've also noticed that the blackheads are gone from the mask now that my masks are lifted off my face. One thing though, I wear my cage around my mouth and not on the bridge of my nose like in the product picture. This is a preference only and does not affect my overall opinion of them. I love them so much that I have shared them with my friends and family. They are strong enough that you can wear them all day every day without breaking. I wash with soap and water in the evenings or wipe with hand sanitizer if I'm in a hurry.
