You'll either need to reuse the pins from the old strap or get the 12mm pins from another source (e.g. a watch repair tool kit like the SE JT6226 19-PieceS Watch Tool Kit). Reusing pins from an old belt is not always possible as some of the pins that come with the belts have a protrusion that prevents them from being easily removed or inserted. This pen issue is not specific to this model. The 12mm blue polished alligator leather strap with nubuck lining is the same.
